Todd Berman, DMD
Dr. Todd Berman is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in our Manhattan office. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He entered his post-doctoral General Residency training program at Tufts – New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. In 1976 he began a 3 year surgical training program at The New York Hospital- Cornell Medical Center in New York, NY, where he attained the status of Chief Resident. Dr. Berman is certified by the American Board of Maxillofacial Surgery. Currently he is associated with Beth Israel Medical Center and St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York, NY where he maintains full operating privileges and teaches in the residency training programs. Entering his 40th year of post training private practice in our Manhattan office, he offers a range of dental and oral surgery services to his patients. This includes dental consultation, oral surgery consultation, gum surgery, implants, exams, tooth extractions, CT scans, TMJ treatments, abscess drainage, facial reconstruction, jaw correction, facial biopsies, and laser surgeries.
Dr. Berman maintains membership with the American Dental Association, First District Dental Society, New York State Dental Association, and New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and has presented lectures for the national branch of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, of which he is a life fellow. He is married, has three daughters and enjoys skiing, photography, tennis, baseball, and shotokan karate.
