Joshua E. Gish, DDS

Dr. Gish graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Dr. Gish received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, graduating with honors. He then completed a residency in General Practice Dentistry at Long Island Jewish Medical center prior to starting his Oral Surgery training. Dr. Gish completed his Oral and Maxillofacial residency through North Shore-LIJ where he rotated through Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Stony Brook University Hospital and the Northport VA.

Dr. Gish is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Dr. Joshua E. Gish practices full scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr Gish has a particular interest in Full Arch Implant restorations and has helped to develop our TrueTeeth protocol. He is trained in all phases of surgical implant placement including Zygoma Implants for the severely atrophic maxilla.

Dr Gish treats both in-office and hospital patients for a broad scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is on staff at St. Charles Hospital and is the Director of the Department of Dentistry at Mather Hospital.

Dr. Gish currently resides in Dix Hills with his wife and four boys. When not at the office he enjoys playing soccer, golf and spending time out on the water with his family.

Dr. Gish is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and is an Instructor in Basic Life Support (BLS) for the American Heart Association.
