Joseph A. Fanti, DMD
Dr. Joseph Fanti is a Long Island native who graduated with honors from The University of Pennsylvania where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine. He held several leadership roles throughout his training including president of the Implant Society and president of the American Association of Public Health Dentistry at Penn. Dr. Fanti completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago where he became proficient in dentoalveolar and implant surgery, pathology, orthognathic surgery, trauma surgery, and TMJ surgery.
Dr. Fanti is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He practices full scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in our Patchogue, Sayville and Selden offices.
Dr. Fanti is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (AAOMS), The American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (ACOMS), and the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (IAOMS).
When he’s away from the office, he enjoys exercising, traveling, cooking, golfing, and spending quality time with his family.
