Dr. Kneller grew up in Orange County, NY and received his bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University. From there, he went to Stony Brook University Dental School and graduated in 2008. During his time in dental school, Dr. Kneller began to have a strong interest in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He then pursued his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency training at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC where he served as Chief Resident. During his residency, he became well trained in the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including the diagnosis and management of dentoalveolar surgery, maxillofacial trauma, orthognathic surgery, maxillofacial pathology, temporomandibular joint disorders, dental implantology and bone grafting.

After completion of his residency training, Dr. Kneller moved back to Long Island and joined Plainview and Massapequa Oral and Implant Surgery in 2013. He is a voluntary attending at both the North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center Dental Clinics where he provides oral surgery education and guidance to the Oral Surgery and General Practice Residents. Dr. Kneller has a great way of making patient’s feel at ease. He has a natural way of turning a perceived stressful situation into a comfortable one. He is great with kids and enjoys creating positive experiences for his patients.

Dr. Kneller is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Nassau County Dental Society and the American Dental Association. He is a board certified Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. Also, he is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

Dr. Kneller lives with his wife, son and daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family and giving back to the community. He is a huge fan of the New York Jets and New York Mets and enjoys golfing and traveling.
