Gregory Bohle, DDS, MD, FACS
Dr. Gregory Bohle was an outstanding addition to our surgical staff. In 2005, Dr. Bohle graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry. While in dental school, Dr. Bohle was inducted into the National Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Later in 2008, he graduated from Stony Brook University School of Medicine where he also completed his General Surgery Internship. Dr. Bohle completed his six-year dual degree Oral and Maxillofacial surgery residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and Stony Brook Medical Center in 2011.
Dr. Bohle’s practice encompasses all aspects of oral surgery including dentoalveolar surgery, implant and reconstructive surgery, pediatric and adult trauma. He has a special interest in digital implant treatment and restoration utilizing today’s most advanced technology. Dr. Bohle also proudly serves our country as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon for the Navy Reserve. He received his direct commission as a Lieutenant Commander in December 2014 and is currently assigned to Naval Hospital Portsmouth.
Dr. Bohle is a member of the medical staff at Stony Brook Medical Center and is a clinical assistant professor at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Bohle was inducted as a fellow in the prestigious American College of Surgeons (FACS). Few Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons have been selected for this esteemed organization. Dr. Bohle is also a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS) and a fellow in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS).
Dr. Bohle lives in Port Jefferson with his wife Meghann, a dental hygienist, and his three children Landen, Brady and Scarlett.
