Gregory Shank, DDS
Dr. Gregory Shank is a native New Yorker and the son of two dentists. He attended Chaminade High School on Long Island and received his bachelor's degree from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. He then attended the Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. After graduating, Dr. Shank pursued Postgraduate Specialty Training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Medstar Washington Hospital Center, a level 1 Trauma Center. He received full scope training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Shank has a particular interest in digital applications in Implant Dentistry and reconstruction. As a student, he was heavily involved in the American Dental Association, serving as the District Trustee. He represented the students of New York and New Jersey on a national level. When he isn’t working, he runs for the Brooklyn Track Club, attends concerts, and cheers for the Islanders, Yankees, and Giants.
